Doesnt work

I got the game for free, and Im really glad. It doesnt work!! The first time I opened it, no problem, would have been a 4-5 star rating, but I only had time to play half of a game. But when I reopened it, it wouldnt play. It took me to the game screen and just ran through a demo of game play. The "play" button was highlighted at the bottom of the screen, but it didnt respond. Finally it froze. I read some of the complaints here, and I uninstalled and then reinstalled the game, now it doesnt freeze, but it just plays itself. No response to the buttons; its like watching a video of someone play Mahjong. Once it clears one board, it goes on to the next, and no matter what I do, even a hard restart to my phone, it doesnt respond.
